Media & Photography Policy

1. Our Philosophy We are proud to be a historic anchor in the Cowichan Valley. To celebrate our community and the energy of our events, we frequently capture photos and videos of our patrons enjoying the pub.

2. Implied Consent By entering any of our establishments, you acknowledge that you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By being on the premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded.

3. Use of Likeness You grant Craig Street Hospitality Group Ltd. and all of its subsidiaries the right to use your likeness, voice, and appearance in any and all media (including social media, website, and promotional videos) for any purpose, worldwide, in perpetuity. This includes the right to edit these materials as we see fit.

4. No Compensation You understand that you will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these images or recordings.

5. Your Right to Privacy We value our regulars and neighbors. If you see a photo of yourself on our digital platforms that you would like removed, please contact us at marketing@craigstreet.ca. We will review and remove the content promptly (please allow for 48-hour window). Additionally, if you see a photographer on-site and do not wish to be captured, please notify them or a staff member immediately.
