1. BINDING AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the digital platform located at craigstreet.ca or any of the attached links to the former address (the “Website”), operated by Craig Street Hospitality Group Ltd. (“the Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Website.

2. MANDATORY AGE ATTESTATION Access to this Website is strictly limited to persons of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction of residence, and in no case less than nineteen (19) years of age as per the British Columbia Liquor Control and Licensing Act. 3. SCOPE OF SERVICES: HOSPITALITY, MERCHANDISE, AND DELIVERY The Company provides informational content regarding its physical operations at 45 Craig Street, Duncan, BC.

Merchandise: Any future purchase of apparel or goods is subject to availability and the Company’s Return and Exchange policies.

Food and Liquor Delivery: In the event the Company facilitates off-site delivery:

Compliance: Delivery will be refused, without refund, if the recipient is a minor, appears intoxicated, or fails to provide valid identification.

Third-Party Logistics: The Company may utilize third-party delivery services; however, the Company maintains ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance as a licensee.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and “Craig Street” branding, is the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or “scraping” of Website data for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Website.
